Eight years making the same two things well
We are not a catalogue with a hundred product lines. We make stretch film and paper edge protection — and we have spent eight years getting the tolerances and the delivery dates right.
Eight years in plastics, now focused on packaging
Linwu Partner Sourcing is the packaging desk of Yiwu Linwu E-commerce Co., Ltd., based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, with an office in Zibo, Shandong, a short trip from the production lines. Connie Song has spent eight years in the plastics trade — first buying PP and PE resin, then exporting plastic and building materials — and started the desk to sell packaging directly from the factories she already knew.
Today our partner lines in Shandong run at around 500 tonnes a month across film and paper profiles, with the majority going to distributors, wholesalers and industrial end users in Western Europe. We are not the largest supplier you will talk to this month — we are the one that answers the same day and still remembers your spec a year later.
What has not changed is the way orders are handled: one person owns your order from quote to loading, and you get their name and their direct WhatsApp number.
Four checkpoints, one batch record
Every order is traceable back to the resin batch or the board lot it came from. If a customer reports a problem three months later, we can still find out what happened.
Incoming material
Resin and kraft board checked for lot number, moisture and visual defects before it enters the line.
In-line gauging
Film thickness measured continuously; profile thickness and leg width checked at the start of each run.
Batch testing
Tensile strength, elongation and puncture tested per batch. Results filed against the order number.
Before loading
Roll count, weight, carton print and pallet labels checked, then photographed for your file.
Paperwork supplied with every shipment
Standard export documents go out with the invoice. Anything else you need for customs or for your own quality file can be prepared before loading.
What to expect on the first order
Most new customers start with one container of mixed sizes to test both the product and the process. Nothing about that is unusual here — roughly half of our first orders are mixed.
- A named contact who answers on WhatsApp
- Quotation with price, lead time and loading date together
- Samples by courier before the deposit
- Loading photos and documents sent the day the container leaves
